Pokoje nieprzygotowane, utrudniona komunikacja mailowa z hotelem. Pracownik recepcji nie był elastyczny w sprawie płatności, mimo mojej prośby jako stałego klienta.

To była moja pierwsza wizyta w Hotelu Adagio i nigdy więcej do tej sieci nie wrócę. Otrzymałem pokoje niezgodne z zamówieniem. Po mojej interwencji, obsługa zaczęła wymieniać pokoje na poprawne. Pierwszy nowy pokój otrzymałem nieposprzątany. Śniadanie na niskim poziomie. Teraz żałuję, że nie zarezerwowałem pokoi w Novotelu. Powiem szczerze, że jako wasz stały klient poczułem się zawiedziony poziomem obsługi i elastycznością do rozwiazywania problemów.

Pros-located steps from several trams and 10 min walk to metro. Each room has a full mini kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, stove, hair dryer, desk and iron. Staff friendly. Has a breakfast for purchase about 20 euros. Cons- during winter room temperature not really adjustable that much and can get stuffy. If you’re hot natured will need to upgrade to room with a window that opens. Since you are so close to trams you can hear and feel them at night.

Our rooms were very clean and spacious and the kitchen was more equipped than anticipated. The reception looks sober but service was more than adequate. Want to do a special shoutout to the lady at breakfast who kept it clean, filled and was superfriendly

Stayed here last week as we were visiting Vienna for the Christmas Markets and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Never stayed in an Aparthotel before but found the rooms really big. All very clean with everything you could need. Comfortable bed and pillows and a big bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer and a great shower. Located by two tram stops but a nice 10 minute walk to the shops. Supermarket 5 minutes away with everything you could need and a couple of restaurants close by aswell. We found all the staff to be very pleasant and helpful any time we asked for anything. One of our party couldn't make breakfast due to being poorly in the night so the lady on duty prepared a tray with rolls and fruit and croissants in case she got hungry. Excellent service all round!

First time stay in adagio Aparthotel in Vienna and will be the last time. I don’t recommend unless you’re desperate. Service needs improving. The ladies were friendly and helpful but the gentlemen need people skills. Smiling a little and greeting people wouldn’t hurt. Apartment very dusty. They don’t seem to do a thorough clean or dusting. The phone and bed head full of dust. See pic and video. No drink bottle water was supplied in room. Usually bottled waters are complementary for platinums and above members with Accor hotels. I guess not at adagio! When I asked about it I was told to drink the tap water as it was safe to drink. No Platinum welcome amenities. No welcome drinks as I wasn’t recognised as a Platinum let alone an Accor Plus member. I told the lady I made the booking in the all app so it should say. Then I was told they just upgraded their system. Eventually I was given the welcome drinks. The lady however was very sweet explaining everything. Shower/bathroom very small. Separate toilet good size. Breakfast was expensive for what was offered. Complementary breakfast for Platinums are only available on weekends. So too bad if your booking don’t fall on a weekend for Platinums! There is a Billa supermarket less than 5 mins away. This is a cheaper option for breakfast. Had a Good varieties of pastries/breads and pre made rolls and meals, good prices too. Hotel about 10mins walk from wien mitte station. Only 1 pillow pp. reception open 24/7 if need anything. no housekeeping available, therefore no daily room cleaning. If you want cleaning you have to book and cost 35 euros. They only give complementary cleaning for stays of 8 days +. Laundromat downstairs, per wash load is 8 euros and dryer 5 euros Susanna from breakfast was sweet and helpful. One of my son was still sleeping and wouldn’t have made breakfast so Susanne allowed me to take some breakfast up to him. Which was very much appreciated. Elif front desk lady was also friendly and helpful. Adagio, if you want to call yourself Aparthotel, at least have a bit of services that hotels provide and recognise your Platinums! It’s disappointing to arrive, check in and find your status is worthless. Otherwise make a note on your site so Platinums know not to book with you if we want the Platinum service. I asked for 1/2 cup of fresh milk for the in room coffee machine and was told a cup of fresh milk is 2.90 euros. This was a first! Of all my hotel AND apartment stays around the world I’ve never had to pay for milk. I then asked for more milk pods as I didn’t want to pay for the milk and was told it’s a limit of 2.
