The hotel is only five minutes far away from the airport. It has a shuttle service day and night. Room is clean and recently renovated. Meeting room was with natural light and with all the necessary set up. Room service was good. Professional staff.

It was amazing! Nikki and Esther you are the best, we love you. You have made the stay the way it was. We had a lovely dinner and an amazing bath tub in the room too. Lovely decor all over ! The honey that we brought home is excellent. Highly recommended.

Was quick, but very nice. Great front desk help and the rooms were comfy. It's nice with kids to have the connecting rooms as it means we don't have to go out in the hall and check on them and so we can sleep easier. Next time we have that layover we'll be back. Thanks!

A product was stolen from my room, most probably by room clearing Staff. The hotel did not believe me, ignored my loss and entire situation despite multiple attempts of contact and requests to solve the situation. Extremely unpleasant experience.

Pretty soulless airport hotel. First Accor hotel I’ve stayed at, especially as a platinum member where there was no complimentary water in the room or welcome amenity. Got told “our tap water is safe to drink” Atmosphere was nil. We should have remained at the Ink hotel in Amsterdam another night. Now that WAS absolutely wonderful. This just made me sad and depressed
