“I recently stayed at the Ibis Deira City Center Hotel and inadvertently left big amount of cash in my room upon checking out. Upon realizing my mistake, I contacted the hotel, and the head of security, who was exceptionally courteous and professional, promptly confirmed that my money had been found. After verifying my identity, they graciously arranged for a trusted friend to collect the funds on my behalf. I am immensely grateful for their honesty, integrity, and outstanding service. This hotel is conjoined with Novotel. Received excellent service from the staff, and they're really friendly. Cleanliness 4/5. Across the street is a mall where you can just walk if you need to buy something. Beautiful place to stay and budget friendly. Dipesh did a good job with room service/cleaning the room.
