At first I approached one receptionist lady asking if she can accept us as we walk in and we didn’t book, but she clearly said I am so sorry we don’t have any room available. Then I made a booking in one minute and proceed to a male recep who provide us a nice room. Why she didn’t give us the room and charge us whatever is the rate? Why she is not upselling for her rooms ??????? Anyway please train your staffs to sell the room as it was 5pm and it is going to be free the whole night

Ramadan Buffet was good, decent number of dishes but good quality. Loved the snails and the beef serunding. For desserts, there's the royal pudding and tapai, fermented glutinous rice. Yummy! Teh tarik was legit with nice foam head. It's not overly crowded and excellent service. Staffs were very attentive and friendly.

The staff was very kind and helpful, when the breakfast service was out of teh tarik one of the employees named FAEZAH went out of her way to get us some. She always has an smile on her face which is very pleasing. Truly recommend this place, thanks.

My family enjoyed so much to stay here, especially Faizah when breakfast, she's so helpful and so kind to my kids. We'll come back for sure. The room, the food, all is good. The location also great, in front of Pavilion. All staff in lobby was helpful too.

As a frequent traveler (especially I have Accor Platinum member and Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member for several years), I've had my fair share of hotel experiences, but unfortunately, my recent stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre left much to be desired. While the hotel itself boasts a convenient location and modern amenities, the service and security measures fell short, resulting in a significant loss of personal belongings during my stay. Upon check-in, I was initially impressed by the sleek lobby and courteous staff. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned when I discovered that my personal items (new Le Labo perfume) had mysteriously gone missing from my room. Despite contacting the hotel's management, the response was slow and unsatisfactory, with little effort made to address the issue or provide compensation for the loss. Furthermore, the lack of accountability and professionalism exhibited by the hotel staff only added to my frustration. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a resolution, I was met with indifference and excuses, leaving me feeling utterly disappointed and disheartened. Overall, my experience at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre was marred by this unfortunate incident, overshadowing any positive aspects of the stay. I strongly advise fellow travelers to exercise caution when choosing this hotel and to take extra precautions with their belongings to avoid similar disappointments.
