The Stay was pleasant, nice comfy bed but the additional sofa bed was not comfortable.we really enjoyed the swimming facilities which included spa and steam room other than the pool water is quiet cold.friendly staff other than one girl who looks grumpy all the time lol.Rooms were not vacuumed everyday and bedsheets not tidied or changed. No new towels Been changed other than few face towels.for a 4 star we would expect rooms cleaned everyday and the beds made properly.good warm shower.

Great hotel and good location to the city and the arena. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly especially LIT so nice to see someone smiling and helpful. The leisure facilities were great and the rooms spacious. I have one small moan when the hotel manager (trev) is sat watching while the lone receptionist on the front desk is dealing with 8 people queuing and he ignores it and carries on messing on his mobile.....very annoying!

Great hotel. Good location close to centre. Parking £10 overnight. Leisure facilities were excellent. Rooms were large and well laid out. Great bar in Conservatory and eating area. Reception friendly - Megan was very good. Excellent vfm. Will definitely return.

Family stay for Disney on ice

We stayed in an executive room and we had no complaints at all, were were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room. Check in: Checked in online, got the key from the desk really quickly. Staff really friendly and provided all the info we needed. Room: As said above we had an executive room, really nice and clean and fresh. Plenty of toiletries included. Plenty of room and plenty of windows to keep the room bright. Bar/restraunt: Lovley atmosphere and children are aloud in also. Drinks well priced and food very nice. We stayed as we were going to see Disney on ice at the arena, hotel was around a 10 minute walk so we found that good. Parking at the hotel was easy and only £10 which was really good value compared to others we have stayed in. Would defo return :)

No heat and no apology

Probably best to tell people the hotel doesn’t have heat before you check them in and give them the option of going somewhere else. The heating problem wasn’t mentioned to me. When I got to my room it was freezing. Turned on the thermostat to see a flashing error. Then noticed 2 space heaters in the room. Figured the thermostat was broken in that room so went back to the front desk to get a different room. When I mentioned why I was told “they are working on it”. I was a bit confused and asked if they were working on the heat for the room I had been given. I was told they were having an issue and were working on it. I asked if the whole hotel was without heat. Wasn’t given a straight answer but they did upgrade my room (only reason I’m giving 2 stars vs. 1). When I asked if the new room would have heat I wasn’t given a straight answer again and was told they can bring a space heater to my room. New room slightly warmer but it then took quite awhile to get a space heater as they couldn’t seem to locate any and I had to tell them there were 2 in the first room I was given. Space heater eventually arrived but it took awhile for the room to get warmish. No apologies made during any of this. Additionally the room wasn’t very clean. Dirt in the sink, one towel with yellow stains, water tank for espresso maker was dirty. Won’t be staying again!
