We regret to learn of the behavior you witnessed from the shuttle staff. While they are indeed subcontractors, we expect them to uphold the highest professional standards as they represent our commitment to guest satisfaction. It is disheartening to hear that this was not reflected in your interaction. Your feeling of neglect is certainly concerning, and we want to stress that every guest is of utmost importance to us. It is also reassuring to know that guests value the availability of our early breakfast service, starting at 4:00 AM. We regret to hear about your concerns regarding the restaurant and bar; while our hotel does not feature these amenities, we are glad to offer alternatives at our neighboring Ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport.
