Restaurant staff were amazing. Giulio was very kind and Mary Lou was always very hard working (I hope I am spelling their names correctly). It would have been better if the reception staff know more about public transport (essentially where to get daily pass etc) and touristic places. One thing to note is that the train connectivity is really bad on weekends but is alright on other days.

Simple 4* hotel. Clean hot rooms. Clean bathrooms. A little far from city centre. if you are without car this hotel will be too far for you. It is ok travelling with family too. it has game zone, fitness zone too. there is a bar with different drinks.

In this trip I booked family rooms in 3 novotels in Italy : Venice, Milan and Rome. This property to its credit had the biggest family room. It also had the best pre check in service... A WhatsApp group where you could interact with hotel staff. Plus check in staff were friendly and accommodating. Whether the location is good or not depends on your agenda. If you also want to shop then this property is half way in between the discount outlet and the city. It's also next to a major mall. If you don't want to shop then booking in the old city would likely be better as you will save the circa 25-30 euro taxi one way charges. Food and service in the restaurant was very below average. Breakfast felt like a school canteen service. The bar service was good though and the bar offers a lite meal with a drink in evenings. A bit like the tapas type meals you get in Venice. If you stay here I recommend eating at the restaurants in the mall next door. Eur is like a commercial district of Rome

i lost my bag at the reception of this hotel when our Group check out. No camera to check again how is it!!! Everyone can come this hotel; everyone can come the room because no need the key at the elevator. This hotel is using well 4.0 technology: No Camera, No guard, No porter, Nothing!!! After customer lost property right at their hotel . they don't do anything. I don't think this's Novotel, it's Motel.

Dear Guest I realize the inconvenience that has been caused to you, I am very sorry and I offer you my personal apologies; Unfortunately, her luggage was stolen by unknown persons. The hotel is equipped with a closed circuit video surveillance system with a series of cameras mounted in the points where the law allows it; I would also like to point out that by law the guest cannot have access to the images but only me and the police. Having said that, it was a sporadic episode, I am truly sorry what happened and I apologize once again. Kindly regards Sergio Mobilia - general manager

The personnel are quite kind and efficient. You can have dinner until late and breakfast very early. The location is close to the industrial centre of Via Tiburtina. The rooms are comfortable. A large parking is available outside the hotel. A nice staying
