Jakob Pobyt służbowy - Opinie potwierdzone ALL

3x kodowano ni kartę do drzwi. Za każdym razem musiałem iść z kimś z recepcji pod pokój aby otworzył mi drzwi. W toalecie przez 3 dni leciała ciurkiem woda. Nie potrafił nikt tego naprawić.

During your stay there was a major computer problem, which we pointed out on your arrival, so that the coding of the key cards did not work either. On arrival, we informed all guests that someone from reception would always go upstairs to open the door. I am sorry if you found this inconvenient. Problems in the room can be reported at any time to reception, which is staffed 24 hours a day, so that we can resolve them. We stayed here for one night on our way to Belgium, and slept well and had a nice breakfast - the selection of food was way bigger than we had expected. The room was clean and the bed was really good.

A great choice! Our room was bigger than normal at 16m2. Extremely quiet and comfy room. The hotel is on a quiet side street just a short stroll away from the train station and the Altstadt. Free welcome drink for members. Great value for money.

The Hotel is on walking distance of the city center! Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 security measures, the room was not cleaned during our stay (2 days). Nevertheless Staff was very attentive, providing new towels when asked for! A special compliment should be given to Kitchen staff, who did their best serving all guest as good as possible despite the limitations in dining room space as a consequence of the COVID-19 distancing regulations.

I stayed one night on a long drive. The hotel is not far from the motorway, has its own parking. I used the public parking nearby (100m). Very firendly staff, good breakfast, bar and a nice room. All clean and the usual Ibis style.
