We stopped at Ibis London Thurrock M-25 for a short business trip and I could tell it was a better experience than expected.Comfortable rooms, wider choice for breakfast ,also we felt more than welcome by Ibis Staff.Everybody at Reception and Bar were so helpful ,smiling and attentive.Definitely would come back again

The stay was great, the people at the reception were really nice and professional. There was a reservation problem and the lady fixed it all quickly for us, allowing us to enjoy the rest of the weekend in London,

As l work away for four days a week, and I have been using this hotel for three years now.Since my first visit up to present day the staff here have always been kind polite and very helpful from kitchen to reception to managers all equally as good.Rooms are always clean with all you need to relax in.lhave only had the breakfast here with plenty to choose from continental or full English.As l have worked in the area for many years I know that if I was to have a short break l would stay here as you can access most parts of Essex and Kent above all easy access to London would recommend the Ibis west Thurrock every time,Thank for caring.

When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a warm friendly welcoming at the front reception Rooms are nice clean comfortable! There is plenty of parking space to park your car and WIFI 🛜 is brilliant 🤩 Breakfast buffet is very good 👍 Sky Anne Edita David Michaela Erika Ausra Nicolleta Rosa Jolanta Ineta Monika very friendly helpful staff Housekeeping do a brilliant 🤩 fantastic job !
