Hotel jest swietnym punktem wypadowym, stoi naprzeciw dworca, z którego można wszędzie dojechać. Personel uprzejmy, mało widoczny, w pokojach czysto. W pokoju brakuje gniazdek, są tylko dwa a po całym dniu w podróży dwie osoby potrzebują 4 żeby podłączyć i naładować swoje urządzenia, przy czym grzejnik i telewizor nie mają swoich własnych. Drzwi do pokoju z prześwitem i bez wygłuszenia, siedząc na wc można rozmawiać z ludźmi chodzącymi korytarzem.

Stayed here last weekend for a football away day trip to watch Charleroi v Antwerp at the Stade du Pays de Charleroi and we met other guests who were doing the same. Hotel gave us 4 high floor rooms with a river view like I’d requested by email so that was good. The hotel was clean & comfortable and although the rooms were small the shower & wi-fi were good (despite previous reviews). The breakfast was a typical IBIS buffet style with a few hot plates for scrambled egg & bacon / sausage and no complaints from me, but others found the hot food wasn’t replenished. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with storing our bags on the last day.

central location to visit the city and go to the airport & great breakfast

i arrived late in the evening, the room was clean, and the bed was good, the next day I had breakfast and that was Whoaw, fruits, fresh orange juice, really nice buffet. well the bad thing is that they don't have enought electric plugs in the room and its quite oldish but great if you want to take the bus to the airport( 200m from the hotel) and there are some nice restaurants around and a shopping mall.

Booked this hotel as our flight was cancelled and thought it would be best to spend the night in the city instead of the airport. It’s our own fault for booking this place I would t even give this hotel a 1 star it honestly is so bad. You can see it from the bus terminal and it looks really old and dirty from outside the reception looks old and dated but it doesn't look that dirty once you take the lift you notice how bad it really is. The carpets are all stained and then the rooms so our room was on the 4th floor I would go as far to say it’s the worse room I have ever stayed in. The air conditioning isn’t working. It’s so small the bed looks disgusting the sheets look clean. If we could afford to leave and get another room we would. Do not stay here you will honestly regret it. Stay somewhere else we panicked as our flight was cancelled and rushed to get a room for the night biggest mistake. Area around hotel is also very ropey looking lots off people just hanging outside

We booked this a few hours before our arrival on our way home to UK. There is a huge amount of construction work being done in the surrounding area which makes finding the hotel and the secure parking very challenging. This is not explained at booking. The car park doesn’t feel secure despite the entry system. We were greeted warmly by staff who were professional and helpful. We were in a room that felt like an oven. Upon asking for a fan we were told the air con was broken in that room. We did get a fan. We walked, quickly, to the nearest restaurant. Nothing to do with the hotel but the area does not feel safe at all. We passed a guy wearing a stab proof vest. He was not armed forces unless these guys walk with pitties in Belgium. Groups of young men gathered was quite intimidating for a women and her 14yr old son. When we were back in hotel the corridor and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had a disturbed sleep between the noisy fan, cigarette smoke seeping into the room and the fear of being murdered in our sleep! (I kid you not!). Never been so glad to leave a hotel or an area as soon as we could that morning! Couldn’t help wondering if hotel was used for tourism and other reasons because of the groups of people hanging about. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Despite the cigarette smoke and aged decor in the room, it was clean.
