very nice location near deria City centre. staff was very friendly warm welcoming and very helpful. special thanks to Anoop . restaurant and bar also nice. I used padel court also.definitely i coming back. i would like to special mentioned House keeping team and pool bar team also.

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my teammates would surely choose it again next time we visit in Dubai. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Foodstuff was delicious. Very comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

The receptionist was very nice- her name is Sulochana. We came in a bit before check in time very tired and she assisted us by upgrading our room and granting us access. She was very professional and offered very good customer service. She made our first impression of the hotel excellent. All the staff we encountered thereafter were very polite & helpful, clean room, good location with easy access to the mall. It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you Pullman.

We really enjoyed our recent trip to Pulman Deira City Centre, as first time back since Covid. The staff were really efficient and freindly, and many thanks to Ritesh,Maya, LinLIn and all the other staff in the Executive Lounge. Sincere thanks to the Pullman team as due to the floods on 16th April, we were dueto fly out on 18th April. After waiting at the airport for 9 hours to board, once boarded we were told the flight was cancelled. We returned to Pullman to see if a room was available, but by then so many people were looking for rooms. . The staff rang around and found us a hotel nearby, which was such a relief. The staff at the Pullman were able to book a room for the following night, thr19th April in case we were still delayed. Luckily the following afternoon we were able to fly back to UK. We cannot thank the staff enough for their help and kindness in this stressful situation we had gone through.
