Pomyłka w rezerwacji (zarezerwowane 2 pok. Zamiast 1) Pokój dość brudny, woda w pokoju za € 1,80, powinna być za darmo jak wszędzie.

Sam hotel bardzo wygodny. Jedzenie na śniadaniach przyzowite i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, dogodny parking i ciekawa oklica. Niestety ocenę zdecydowanie obniża poziom jakości obsługi. Jedna z najmniej przyjemnych ze spotkanych przeze mnie w sieci accor. NIby grzeczie, ale małę zaangażownaie, bardzo chłodne podjeście, informacje na pzikmie niezbędnego minimu, żadnego uśmiechu ani proaktywności klienc dla klienta. Pan w barze wyraźnie czymś wzburzony, przestał zwracać uwagi na gości, podał kartę i zniknął na 5 minut. Jak na 4 gwiazdkowy obiekt, to obsługa zdecydowanie bardziej powinna być otwarta na hotleowych gości. Brak wody dostepnej dla klienta w tej klasie hotelu też niespotykana już prawie nigdzie. Woda za dodatkową dopłatą.

Hotel is located in a neighborhood next to the old Tempelhof airport (no longer in use). Many restaurants nearby. Large Rewe supermarket a few minutes' walk away. Parking garage under the hotel. The hotel has a courtyard. The interior of the hotel dates from the late 1990s, but is well maintained. And clean. The staff at check-in is great! Friendly and thoughtful.

Easy to get to from the airport via Ubhan. Early check-in, which was great. The room was very spacious, bright, very clean and big windows opened to let fresh air in. I was in room 620. The reception and cleaning hotel staff are very efficient and friendly. The gym/fitness facility is a total let down. Total waste of time. Insufficient equipment and really neglected. The breakfast isn't worth the €46 that I was charged for 2 mornings. One gentleman, maybe the restaurant manager, was extremely rude to me on Wednesday morning, basically telling me to hurry up and get out, they were not closing for a further 20 minutes, I wasn't happy at this. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Will I be back? Unsure is the answer. I liked the room, the area etc, but maybe just a bit too expensive for where it is in Berlin.
