The hotel is very nice the beach is so clean and the staff are so freindly also the location is amazing and close from the airport over all specially the animation team they are so much fun and have a lot of activities, mo was most funny and the rest was amazing. We will come back for sure xxx

Nice but not peaceful. I came here to recharge. Beware of the rooms with pool view- the music is LOUD and playing all day. Pro's: food is really nice, staff are super friendly, amenities are fine. Con's: the music. All day, I can hear it in my room, loud enough to sing along. Also, the horse riding and camel riding. It's 2024- how are we still making animals suffer in the sun to lug around obese tourists?

Snorkelling off the beach

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of an Explore Group Tour. The tour included 3 nights and we booked an extra 2 nights. It was nice to have some extra time to relax after a very busy tour. 4-5 nights is probably the maximum that I would stay in Hurghada. You can snorkel right off the beach where they are lots of fish to look at - I overhead someone say they saw a turtle! I didn't have my own mask, so I hired one from the sports shack on the beach. We also went on a snorkelling/glass bottom boat trip which we booked from the hotel. They had different entertainment each night inside the hotel was was very good, but got extremely busy and meant you had to get there about 90 minutes before the show started to get a seat. The food was good but fairly similar each night for vegetarians - I think meat eaters were better catered for. While we were there the weather was very windy, so we stayed at the beach everyday because it was more sheltered. We were grateful that the shop owners didn't hassle us to buy anything, as we'd been hassled enough during our tour, so it was nice to be able to shop without feeling pressured. The animation team were energetic and friendly - if you're looking for an ultra relaxing and quiet hotel, this probably isn't for you.

reception good and Hisham is the best room is brilliant all cleaning staff always smile and welcoming reception they did nice job i will be back again restaurant food all good i like too much all you can come to see the best beach in hurghada for walking swim and snorkeling as well

Mercure is the Best hotel Sinne i came reception welcome and give nice room Histam is the Best Staff good i will back nicht beach with Sand snorkling also food and Restaurant good staff is friendly i ask all to sea the Best staff in all . Room is good
