Very beautiful city, hospitality, cuisine, architecture, I'll try to visit it outside of business, the hotel is correct

Stayed a few weeks ago on business, spent two nights, room not modern but quite clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Quite adequate for a short stay. The location is quiet and safe. 30-40 minutes to get to the city center, no transfers

They greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome right away. Throughout my stay, they were attentive, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The breakfast buffet was a delightful culinary experience, offering a wide array of fresh and delicious choices to suit every taste.

The window is totally broken and it cannot be closed. The room is dirty especially the bathroom. The service told us they think the room is clean and that they won’t change our room. The standard in rooms are not the same. Under bed there are insects.

Booked this hôtel via Accor hôtels website. Very friendly and welcoming Staff. Hotel clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the dinner and a drink at the bar. Nice terrace outside for fresh air. Very good wifi. Nice Breakfast buffet.

Hello. I've always been satisfied with Ibis. However, this time, the sleeping accommodation was terrible. I did reserve two twin beds (nothing else was available), but I didn't expect that the two beds would be so small, basically children size. In short, I pretty much didn't sleep. Sincerely. Eddy
