All good except for the location. Closer airport but far from city centre. The overall experience was good. Just that the way to hotel rooms is but the same as you see in hotels. Not a very big issue but somebody unusual I noticed. Otherwise all okay.

Hotel jest dobrze zlokalizowany jeśli chcesz szybko dostać się na autostradę i na lotnisko. Wifi działało słabo. Jeśli chcesz popracować przy biurku w pokoju, krzesło jest niewygodne. Łazienka jest ok, choć odpływ wody z prysznica pozostawia wiele do życzenia i woda wylewa się do środka łazienki. Dostarczone pierwsze żelazko okazało się brudne, przez co zniszczyłem koszulę. Z rana zdarzało się, że wyjazd z parkingu był blokowany jednocześnie przez autokar oraz vany i ciężko było się wydostać samochodem.

Cieszymy się, że docenili Państwo dogodną lokalizację naszego obiektu, która umożliwia szybki dostęp do autostrady oraz lotniska. Przykro nam słyszeć o problemach z Wi-Fi oraz wygodą krzesła w pokoju. Pragniemy również przeprosić za niedogodności związane z łazienką oraz żelazkiem. Ok for one night. Hotel solved the incident with taxi service in exemplary manner

Deleted my previous review, since the hotel was very helpful in sorting out the incident with the taxi service: the taxi ordered by the receptionist overcharged us. I asked the receptionist to order a taxi to RAI (expo center) and they informed that it will cost around 40 eur. The taxi did not use the meter and charged 50 eur due to "fixed price". I asked the driver multiple times where the fixed price comes from, but never got an answer. When posting this in Tripadvisor, I got contacted by the hotel. They said they have contacted the taxi service and will refund the taxi fare completely. I was not expecting this, very good handling of reclamations in my opinion! Otherwise the hotel is ok. The reception and restaurant area are refurbished and clean, otherwise the hotel is quite outdated. My room was also a bit noisy, but ok for one night.

One of the worst experience, they don't offer refund if you had flight cancelled or delayed, even if the policy is to cancelled with 24h before ( I ve bookked with leșs then 24h)... plus be carefully where you are going there are 2 hotel în Schopiol Amsterdam airport with the sane name, if you are going thru the securitate check in you can not come back ( because one its on the lounge area and another one outsider before to entry in to airport) You will loose your money if you have delay or cancelled or if you don't realize which hotel it is I lost 200$...be aware

Good clean rooms and comfortable bed. Adequate shower and all accessories worked well. Hotel staff either friendly or surly, didn’t seem to be any half measures. As described the hotel is well situated for the 397 bus that travels from the airport to city centre. This is ok unless you are arriving from the airport after dark. Although the hotel sign can be seen from the highway, when exiting the bus if it had not been for the very kind bus driver I’m not sure we would have found the entrance at all. Another issue is the area around the hotel. I am sure during the day it is quite hospitable but if I were travelling alone at night this is not a salubrious area. Drug needles on the floor, dodgy characters hanging around and on one occasion even a blood curdling female scream. Next time would move closer to the city.
