We stayed at this excellent hotel the night before our last holiday, at the end of February. It is so conveniently situated with valet parking nearby and just over the road from the airport entrance. All staff friendly, helpful and polite. Room spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Restaurant well set out and tables not too close together. The food as last time, was impeccable and the service is of a consistently high standard. With thanks to Pedro and team for being so attentive. We can highly recommend this hotel and will have no hesitation in coming back again.

Fantastic hotel, what makes this hotel special to me is not only location and the room condition, but also the people here. Every time I come here, I am fascinated by the staff and how nice they all are. When you check in, there are Attia and Katie always welcoming you with big smile, they even remember and recognize me every time I come here. And I really love the conversation with them all the time. If you have a chance to visit the bar, you will meet Kal, Abul, Pedro and Rakesh. All of them are super sweet, especially Kal was very patient with explaining about their drink options for me and the conversation with Abul was really interesting. I didn’t mean to, but all these sweet people made me to stay there for a bit and I did enjoy it so much. It’s the company who booked this hotel for me, but if I ever have a chance to come to Birmingham for my personal trip, this hotel definitely will be my first choice! 💖 Thanks for all the staff here to make all my stays amazing ✨

Stayed over following a long day travelling. Room comfortable and clean. Slept well, hotel was very quiet throughout the night. Had dinner in the restaurant. Food was great and our waiter, André was terrific; so pleasant, welcoming and attentive. Well done!

A great standard of hospitality. The restaurant standard is first class and far exceeds airport hotel standard. Andre in the restaurant was a knowledgeable and friendly host offering excellent professional and friendly service. Food quality was excellent.
