I had a horrible experience since the beginning, I tried to talk to them a few times and when they finally answered me they were horrible, it felt like I was going to stay there for free. My flight got late to Frankfurt from Dublin so I missed the one to Brazil and I message them asking if they’d consider to not charge us as it was not our fault and sent them proof and also told them our next stop was in Santos and was with Novotel, they texted me saying they’d check it with booking, therefore booking was ok with not charging us as they’d undestand, but the hotel as they’re horrible, they’d never understand that. I’d never stay in this hotel again, horrible experience, horrible customer service and they’d never understand you if u r in a situation that u cant control. I’ll absolutely sue them.

First in english, luego en español. It is not a hotel, it is an event hall. We arrived and it looked like a children's playground. They had an event for children at the hotel. Crazy. They kept screaming and almost running over you constantly. On another day they had a wedding, loud music, we couldn't sleep. They forgot that they were a hotel. Almost all the staff were working on the wedding. We went to dinner, I think the guard was the one who took the order and I wouldn't be surprised if the cleaner was the cook. We never received one of the dishes. In the living room, the other people eating were hotel workers. It looked more like a country longhouse than a hotel. Shame. Another day they had products for sale inside the hotel, every time you went through the reception they offered you products as if you were in the municipal market. Disgusting. It is not a hotel, it is an event hall. Because they want to make more money organizing these events, they forget about their primary business. Hosting. It was the worst experience I had in my life with a hotel. Ahora en español No es un hotel, es un salón de eventos. Llegamos y parecía un parque de juegos infantil. Hicieron un evento para niños en un hotel. Una locura. No paraban de gritar y casi atropellarte constantemente. Otro día hicieron un casamiento, música a todo volumen, no se podía dormir. Se olvidaron que eran un hotel. Todo el personal estaba trabajando con el casamiento. Fuimos a cenar, creo que el guardia fue el que tomo el pedido y no me sorprendería que el limpiador haya sido el cocinero. No nos llego nunca uno de los platos. En el salón las otras personas que comían eran trabajadores del hotel. Parecía mas una casa comunal del campo que un hotel. Una vergüenza. Otro día pusieron venta de productos dentro del hotel, cada vez que pasabas por la recepción te ofrecían productos como si fuese que estabas en el mercado municipal. Un asco. No es un hotel, es un salón de eventos. Por querer ganar mas dinero organizando estos eventos, se olvidan de su negocio principal. El hospedaje. Fue la peor experiencia que tuve en mi vida con un hotel.

I have been to many countries but never have i experienced such amazing people, the friendliest I've seen ... always willing to help. You are sure to have thee best time ever. Highly recommended for families. Such warm hearted, welcoming people. I will come back to Brazil just to have the Novatel Morumbi experience. #10star rating Special mention to Claudio - who has seen to our every need,making is amazing

Good value business hotel. Check in staff were efficient and friendly. The room was of a reasonable size, with enough outlets for laptop, phone, etc. The breakfast buffet was average by Brazilian standards. The choices for dinner were ok.. The gym is very small. There is a large outdoor pool and sitting area with a great view.

I really liked a lot the hotel. It is very clean and nice, and also has a lot of stuff to do. The restaurant service was excellent, I was served by Jailson and he was very nice and gave me and my family an excellent service. The food was delicious, but I would like to suggest that maybe if you could add more salads or something light for the dessert would be amazing!
