When i arrived, after a long flight and journey from the airport, i was told “we don’t have your booking”, after we sorted that out I went to my room, 281. Well seeing the room, run down, old and worn I can only assume, they didn’t have my booking registered but as I had the confirmation they then had to allocate a room, one which was a back up in case of these situations. It was clean enough, but doesn’t look like it’s used often now. Old fashioned, Dust on table, fridge switched off, phone not connected. I wouldn’t recommend based on the room I had, which going by their pictures was nothing like they advertised. I don’t see a single picture with teal green on the wood chip wallpaper … I have had this hotel removed from the company’s travel system based on my stay.

Perfect staff and restaurant. Unfortunately my room provided was not renovated with quite old furniture . Curtain was broken and couple of holes in the wall made this room not very comfortable to spend the whole week.

Been there for a business trip, easy access to the highway, to the metro station and downtown Paris as well, many restaurants are available by walk, also Carrefour is 10 min away by drive. The staff is nice, the breakfast was good and rich, the restaurant is cozy, I like the terasse by night, next to the pool. Eveything was fine for me.

Having previously stayed in Novotels I was surprised how basic this one was. The room wasn’t finished particularly well with messily arranged cables for lamps, kettle and music device. There were no drawers for clothing and no shelves below shoulder level either. Staff were either very lovely and welcoming or ridiculously unhelpful & grumpy depending on who was there. The footbath for the outdoor pool stank of wildlife.

this review will be on the staff mainly as I faced an anomalous situation. I normally stay at this hotel when going to the office and this time (January 2021) I got tested positive to COVID19 during my stay. I was quite desperate at the beginning as I couldn`t reach my Consulate, at the end I could clarify with the local Authorities what I could do and the hotel decided to keep me there anyhow (fully lockdown in my room). they have been absolutely great, available and didn`t let me feeling "forgotten" for the whole time. so, again, great staff!!! about the hotel, let say it could be renovated, but still for my need it has more than what I can enjoy being there for business. food is also good, unfortunately the new regulations due to pandemic don`t help that much!
