Séjour en famille dans ce Resort. Un complexe parfaitement entretenu doté d’une végétation luxuriante. Un large choix d’activités sont proposés pour découvrir cette belle région. (Safari, randonnée en forêt, ballade à cheval..) L’hébergement était de grande qualité avec une belle pièce à vivre. Les équipes d’entretien de la villa ainsi que le service de couverture ont été d’une parfaite efficacités. Le petit déjeuner sous forme d’un buffet est totalement adapté pour les convives avec un choix très large. Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute ce qui est vraiment appréciable pour commencer la journée. Le dîner (sous forme d’un buffet) reste correct dans son ensemble mais pourrait mériter une meilleure variété dans les plats proposés. Les desserts sont encore à être élaborer en terme de qualité et de goût. Le personnel est formidable dans l’approche et l’efficacité. La carte du room-service est appréciable. Le bar est magnifique par sa vue sur le mont Kenya et avec son espace cheminée et un choix suffisant à la carte. Les équipes à l’accueil, conciergerie sont à l’écoute et prévenantes. En conclusion c’est une très belle expérience en famille dans cet hôtel qui a su nous charmer par sa beauté, son personnel et la qualité des prestations. Merci également à Pierre, directeur des opérations, pour sa présence tout au long du séjour et son professionnalisme !

Le séjour a très bien commencé avec Fred qui est venu nous chercher à Nairobi, après cette route très agréable nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli à l’hôtel. Merci pour le magnifique upgrade dans le cottage très chic avec la cheminée. Nous avons pu essayer plusieurs fois les différents restaurants et bar, tous d’une grande qualité et un service excellent. Que ce soit le petit déjeuné, le buffet ou à la carte tous les plats sont de très bonne qualité. Nous remercions énormément Beatrice pour la surprise du premier dîner, c’était merveilleux et nous nous en rappellerons toute notre vie ! Pour les activités nous avons eu le plaisir de passer plusieurs journées avec Kamata qui a été un excellent guide et ami, il nous a fait découvrir pleins de choses extraordinaires sur les animaux et la nature. Nous avons visité 3 fois l’orphelinat des animaux de l’hôtel, très sympathique. Pour terminer comment ne pas parler de la beauté de l’endroit et des paysages, ce Fairmont est juste magnifique. Merci encore de la gentillesse et le sourire de tout le staff qui a été plus qu’extraordinaire ! Merci Beatrice, Elisabeth, Kamata, Fred, Josephine, Sharon, Christine, Solom … d’avoir rendu notre séjour inoubliable !

Nous avons passé 3 nuits en janvier 2024 dans ce hôtel. L'accueil est excellent et l'ensemble des prestations sont de très grande qualité. L'endroit est magique avec la vue sur le Mont Kenya. Beaucoup d'activités sont proposées qui peuvent ravir grands comme petits. Les excursions en safari sont très bien organisées et elles sont une expérience extraordinaire.

Très bel hôtel avec un magnifique parc de 40 hectares, golf, VTT, safaris, salle de gym, chapeĺle, labyrinthe végétal, tennis, orphelinat pour animaux.... Des animaux vivent en liberté dans le parc. Cuisine gastronomique. Personnel attentif, prévenant, compétent. Chambre très confortable.

Zoek je een hotel in de buurt van Mount Kenya is Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club zeker het bezoeken waard, Aardig personeel, mooie kamers, prachtige locatie en uitzicht op Mount Kenya welke met zonsopkomst fabelachtig kan zijn. Het buffet voor ontbijt en diner is ruim opgezet. Wat mij betreft een aanrader en kan ik dit hotel zeker aanraden voor die en gene die in de buurt een hotel zoekt.
