Locatie was helemaal goed. Het hotel ligt heel goed tov diverse metro stations op op loopafstand van Dontobori. Goede bedden voor 2 personen. De derde moest op een slaapbank. Ontbijt was uitgebreid.

Mooi hotel en mooi uitzicht. Badkamer had meer in een moderne style gedaan kunnen worden. Uitzicht was prachtig!

Wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf, personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Locatie is perfect. Winkelcentrum eronder is echt fantastisch. Wij hadden ook toegang tot de lounge en dat was heel fijn. Enige minpunt is dat wij echt heel veel last hadden van rennende, springende en herrie makende kinderen boven onze kamer. Dat ging de hele dag door, paar keer over gebeld maar het begon smorgens vroeg al en hield niet op. Wij hadden de duurdere kamers en ik vind dat dit niet zou mogen.

Prima locatie voor alle activiteiten in Osaka, goede verbindingen, goede kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn erg schoon en comfortabel. Alle voorzieningen in het hotel zijn goed geregeld, inclusief het zwembad. Er is steeds vanuit de gast gedacht
