kakkerlak in douche

op zich was het ok, en ik kom er geregeld. Maar nu was er een kakkerlak in mijn douche. Ik heb het per whatsapp gestuurd. er kwam geen reactie op. Bij uitchecken heb ik het gezegd en de enige reactie was: 'oh yeah, I saw that, sorry".

Check in slecht - prepaid booking was niet doorgekomen, half uurtje tijd verloren. Ontbijt was een absolute ramp, slecht georganiseerd, slechte kwaliteit.
