We had a wonderful 2 night stay with generous upgrade with two bedrooms. Our days were made brighter by our rides in the cart from driver ‘Same’, he was cheerful and helpful. Thanks so much. We will be looking forward to returning again one day.

This is definitely NOT a five star hotel. I would give it 3 stars at best. The place is old and tired. The room servicing is well below par. Dirty dishes, old kitchenette and bathrooms. The lake view is a brown water swamp. Everything is run down and in bad need of a revamp.

A tired, old dump

From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen the wrong place to stay. We had to wait around in reception for our room to become available. No one offered us a complimentary drink or a glass of water. We just sat where ever we could. The room was old, tired and badly cleaned. What a dump. Our room was overlooking the lake, which in reality was just a brown swamp. We should have paid $279 per night for a standard room, instead of the $465 - $550 per night for a lake view room. The dinner was terrible, the service was slow, the wine menu was so out of date that everything we wanted to order was out of stock. I wouldn't recommend staying at The Pullman Hotel at Bunker Bay. And to add, it is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. I would say a 3 star only. Sorry fellow travellers.

This place has really gone downhill over the years whilst it's Price has really gone uphill. it certainly a beautiful position, and whilst the rooms are now looking somewhat tired, they are holding up reasonably. It's the service and the food that really is a two or three star motel standard. The dining room chairs are stained, the bottom is falling out of many of them, there are fingerprints everywhere. The quality really has dropped. We made the mistake of having dinner here and one of the main courses was just stone cold. Don't even think of wasting your money for lunch or dinner here (go to Lola in Dunsborough instead). Nowhere near worth the price.

de resort heeft enorm veel potentieel maar is zeer slecht onderhouden. De kamers zijn zeer vuil en moeten dringend opgefrist worden (doucheglas, douchekranen,....) De safe, kluis was stuk maar werd na meerdere meldingen niet hersteld. Het ontbijt is zeer duur in verhouding met het aanbod, en is ook hier niet netjes... we keken enorm uit naar ons verblijf maar zijn enorm teleurgesteld.
