Harry is the best and very helpful, he can speak english well too. We spent one day in Sofitel Foshan, and we are really happy with the overall experience. Got upgraded for free to a higher room. Will definitely stay again. Nice service, and friendly welcome from Harry. Clean room.

Sofitel Foshan Shunde Louvre, my second stay at Sofitel Foshan Louvre. We enjoyed the facilities and the interior was beautiful in every corner. Thank you for upgrading the room, the room is comfortable, stylishly designed, and the night view is beautiful. All the staff we met, from carrying luggage to check-in, to housekeeping staff, were pleasant and helpful! Especially the very friendly Sherry at the front desk, they smiled and accommodated our every request. Thanks to Sherry for taking us to visit various scenic spots in Foshan on the two-day rest day. Sherry not only has professional knowledge and rich experience, but also has won unanimous praise from tourists for his warm, patient and meticulous service. She is always able to accurately grasp the needs of tourists and provide them with the most suitable travel advice. Under Sherry's leadership, we were able to not only gain an in-depth understanding of the local customs, but also her love and dedication to the travel industry. She is always able to create unforgettable memories for us in the midst of her busy schedule. Hope to meet the interesting Sherry next time I stay at Sofitel Louvre.

Sherry is the most satisfying waiter in our minds.

When my husband and I stepped off the plane , we couldn't wait to write to Sherry how satisfied I had served her. We were dropped off from the hotel without being treated in a special way, and the porter didn't open the door for us and told us a number "11th floor". We took the elevator to the 11th floor, and saw someone waving to us from afar, although I only took a large satchel, she still helped me carry it in my hand, and also gave us warm tea, showing us pictures of chrysanthemum tea. After checking in I thought we could go, but I didn't expect the lovely Sherry to drop us off in the room. In the process of returning to the room, we took the initiative to introduce the surrounding scenic spots and food, and marked the location very intimately, telling us that we could book a Valentine's Day package on the 59th floor to spend a romantic anniversary. Among them, because there was a problem with the room card, she went down to help us change the room card, and I knew that this was the 25th floor! Thanks to her, we didn't have to make a trip. Then entering the room also taught us to use the phone and dial the number "0" for any need. We were very satisfied with her service, but she refused our tip, saying that "no merit is not punished", and there are quite a lot of rules in China. Secondly, I liked the romantic arrangement in the room, which was a love balloon. We will also consider visiting Sofitel Foshan for our next anniversary and hope to meet her again next time. Because of Sherry's hospitality, we would rate this hotel a five-star review on all online platforms. The Chinese are very welcoming.

We came to Sofitel Foshan on a business trip, saw the Chinese New Year activities, participated in writing and calligraphy, and felt the enthusiasm of the Chinese New Year. You can also take a photo with the Chinese God of Wealth. My business partners and I recommend everyone to stay at the Sofitel Foshan Louvre, its check-in experience is that there are many room types, elegant decoration, good attitude of the front desk waiter, breakfast on the 58th floor, and the traffic is also very aspect, and later Foshan will choose to stay at the Sofitel Foshan Louvre.And thank you waiter Sherry for giving us the difference between dragon and loong.Chinese loongs are strong and wonderful!
