I have been here on November 2023 so the hotel is great with the nice room with completed amenities. I love the size of room it is good and enough space to relax also the bed is crazy I can deep sleep for whole night. Staffs are very helpful and tried to response me in English even they are not fluent much but they tried to understand what I need to know. Breakfast was variety of dishes and coming with good tastes especially the panoramic view from the restaurant at the roof top. I will be back to stay if I back to Kunming 🙂

One of the best hotel in Kunming. Stuff is very friendly and ready to help. They can speak English, which is pretty rare in this part of China. The room was very clean and the mattress soft, which is another thing that shouldn't be taken for granted in China. Breakfast is absolutely great. Lots of options including a "cheese room".

Very good hotel but need to improve the membership service

Very good hardware. The food and breakfast in the executive lounge are very high standard. As a platinum member of Accor, although I received an email from the staff of the executive lounge asking about check-in preferences, I did not receive a response after I reply, and there was no preparation in the room during check-in , and no welcome gifts of members benefit. Check in at the front desk, until you get the room card, the front desk did not give a welcome drink card, and did not mention the benefits of the executive lounge, breakfast, etc. Member services must be improved!

We waren hier de laatste nacht voor de vlucht naar Parijs CDG. Een schitterend hotel: hoogbouw met een enorme uitstraling. Mooie grote verzorgde kamers en een grote, nette en verzorgde badkamer. Water is gratis aanwezig op de kamer. Alle badprodukten en pantoffels zijn aanwezig. Het ontbijtbuffet is schitterend: enorm veel keuze, alles wat je kan dromen is aanwezig. De laatste avond hebben we van een enorm lekker buffet genoten: verse schaaldieren, vis- en vleesgerechten genoten. Ook van de Chinese keuken kon je proeven. Zeer goede WIFI in het volledige hotel.
