I have taken note of your displeasure with the staff services at reception desk they could not found your reservation at our hotel. This has happened due to my reservation late to receive confirmation letter coming from Booking.com . I was quite disappointed to hear that, therefore please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Your feedback is very important to us. Unfortunately in this case, I found out that based on the confirmation we received from Booking.com stated that your room reservation was not included with breakfast. Herewith, I attached the copy of confirmation letter from Booking.com stated that your rate did not include breakfast. In return, as our good intention to you as our valued guest, my reception manager already provide you complimentary breakfast for you and your family.
