Om 14 u konden we inchecken ( de kamer was vrij), maar we moesten toch nog 10 pond betalen om eerder in te checken. Wij zijn echter ook vroeger vertrokken nl om 9 u. Hadden we dan ook 10 pond moeten vragen omdat de kamer eerder vrij was ? Deze extra kost is absoluut niet klantvriendelijk. We hebben het ook niet gedaan. We hebben ruim op voorhand geboekt én betaald. Blijkt dat de huidige prijs veel lager is dan de door mij betaalde prijs. Ook dit is niet echt klantvriendelijk.
