Great location. Lovely staff. Very affordable accomodations. Very happy with our stay at this property, as we started our trip in Bangkok. The location is fantastic, as you are walking distance to great restaurants and activities, including Terminal 21. Great space in the suite, which was helpful for us to have separate spaces to work during the week. And quiet, so we slept very well. And the staff was fantastic. The bell team was hard working and clearly took pride in their work. The front desk team was accommodating, and very helpful with any questions we had. And the GM is wonderful, taking pride in the property and his team.

Nous voyageons beaucoup et venons quasi tous les ans à Bangkok. Nous avons séjourné dans différents hôtels et également résidences-hôtels. Nous avons enfin trouvé l'adresse qui coche tous nos critères. Grande chambre appartement avec balcon (ce qui est un vrai plus et peu fréquent dans les hôtels), tout est fourni, il ne manque rien. Personnel efficace, souriant et toujours disponible. Manager (Monsieur B.T) à l'écoute des clients. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Proximité de la station BTS Asoke et métro Sukhumvit (à pied en moins de 5mn). Il y a même un service navette pour aller à la station du BTS/Métro. Emplacement calme en centre animé de la ville. Belle et grande piscine. Petite salle fitness mais bien suffisante et bien équipée. Cela fait plusieurs fois et depuis des années que nous venons au Grand Mercure Asoke et pour les fois suivantes, nous choisirons encore cet hôtel. Une nouveauté : un coin « pet area » est proposé à l’étage de la piscine (14ème). Nous sommes amis des animaux et en avons nous-mêmes mais nous trouvons que l’endroit choisi n’est pas vraiment convenable. Les chiens font pipi sur le gazon synthétique, en bordure de la piscine et l’odeur d’urine est perceptible. Pourquoi ne pas prévoir plutôt un coin « pet area » en bas de l’hôtel, niveau rue ? Selon le manager, cette prestation est susceptible d'évoluer. Merci à M. Banthueng Talayarak et à toute son équipe qui nous ont fait encore passer un excellent séjour au Grand Mercure Asoke

Hôtel très professionnel avec personnel souriant et poli . Lors d’une demande la réaction est immédiate ! Chambre grand executive spacieuse et bien équipée / petit déjeuner buffet excellent et frais /manager general’ très à l’écoute / femme de ménage très professionnel, nettoyage chambre excellent /Check in très tôt (8.00am) départ également (4.00 pm )

Relatief oude inrichting, geen bar. Ontbijt zeeeer slecht. Geen bar of restaurant. Daardoor klopt prijs/kwaliteit verhouding absoluut niet. Niet aan te raden hier te boeken. Locatie is redelijk echter moeilijk te vinden en te bereiken. Personeel wel vriendelijk

It's a cozy place to relax in a calm and quiet environment though being at 5min walking distance from buzzling city and Sukhumvit Road. Verbleef daar medio maart en er zijn zoveel redenen om van dit hotel te houden. In het appartement met één slaapkamer voelt u zich thuis, het heeft alles wat u nodig hebt. Het bed is geweldig en is zo comfortabel en gaat zonder overdreven reclame. Ruimte is enorm (ik denk ongeveer 70 vierkante meter). Ik ging twee keer naar het zwembad op het dak en het voelt zo rustig aangezien het helemaal niet druk is. Hotel biedt een tuktuk naar het een BTS-station hoewel het slechts op korte loopafstand ligt. Personeel in het hotel is geweldig: vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Wat kunt u nog meer vragen van dit fantastische plek?
