Thank you we had such a beautiful stay. Can’t wait to be back at the end of the year. amazing rooms, staff, and amazing food. Room and amenities are excellent, rooms were clean amazing view. Everything spot on. Very attentive concierge crew..

I was told when booking direct the Hotel would match any booking site and to send a screen shot of the booking. I did that then they Director of Revenue wanted a shot which includes URL,room type, dates ,rate plan of stay which I had provided. This was all too much I went to another Hotel at a lower rate.

Sehr angenehmes Luxushotel in zentraler Lage von Brisbane CBD. Das Sofitel „MyBed“-Konzept ist auch für Vielreisende wie uns immer noch ein Vergnügen - so himmlisch schläft man kaum irgendwo sonst. Elegante Ausstattung, zuvorkommendes Personal, alertes Housekeeping, leider kein abendlicher Turn-Down-Service. Für Statusgäste von Accor eine Clubetage (30.Stockwerk) mit High Tea und Apéro. 5 blitzschnelle Aufzüge, zwei mit Aussicht auf die Stadt. Parken selbst für australische Verhältnisse hochpreisig. Die Brutalo-Architektur aus den 1980ern (einst für Sheraton entstanden) sieht man von innen nicht, aber leider stammt auch die Konzeption der Badezimmer noch aus dieser Zeit mit lebensgefährlichen Wannenduschen und zu kleinem Waschtisch - dagegen helfen auch neue Wannen und Wandspiegel nicht.

Kamer netjes, bed goed, badkamer oké. Locatie van hotel top, ontbijt heel Goed. Hotel moet wel gaan vernieuwen want het wordt vergaande glorie. Eerste avond tijdens diner in restaurant zat ik onder een lekkende airco, en de strijkplank op mijn kamer was de goes niet goed.

Prima gelegen hotel; uitgebreide voorzieningen, bij treinstation en in centrum en loopafstand van winkelstraat. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet en diner buffet. Prima kamer en goede service. Vriendelijk personeel en altijd beschikbaar. Jammer dat je voor wifi moet betalen in hotel van deze klasse
