Very nice iftar, lot of options, service is excellent...Thanks to chef Khalifa and Rifaat..Hassania and Fatma are lovely.. The food is tasty. There is also lot of beverages such as Coffee, Turkish Tea,etc............... I liked the atmosphere

The Hotel staff we so eager to serve you, breakfast was good, location was good for restaurant and shopping, room was very clean and had everything you needed, could not get much on the tv, and hot water was scolded but nothing to worn you about it, no anti slip mats for the shower, but everything else was ok, quite at night.

Good location, old hotel and humble service!

The room was not maintained well and the bathroom door grip was broken and the key for the room was also poor we had to update or take a new key 4-5 times a day , as well as the microwave buttons were vanished and we couldn’t use it , very disappointed!

Het personeel van de receptie was zeer vriendelijk, doch deden heel moeilijk over de welkomstdrink waar we recht op hadden (naar aanleiding van onze getrouwheidskaart van Accor club) Na drie aanmaningen aan de manager van het hotel hebben we onze welkomstdrink dan toch eindelijk gekregen. Sorry maar dit zegt al genoeg over de manager. Kamers waren mooi, prima indeling en proper. Ontbijt was goed, zonder meer. Buitenzwembad vond ik niet verzorgd en ongezellig.Ligging van het hotel: te ver van het centrum. Alleen voor deze reden zou ik het al niet meer nemen.
