The other services are good, the restaurant is exceptional as the attendants kept restocking the supplies and are polite and courteous. However, the wifi in my room didn't work for the 4 days I stayed here. It was really terrible on the 1st floor, I complained but nothing tangible was done to resolve it. The walls on my bedside have these patches like bad drainage or unfinished work. The Management needs to upgrade the appearance of the rooms. Generally, it was a good stay apart from those 2 defects highlighted above.

Staff Very Good as Always. Room 317 Bathroom Mouldy, Lights not working correctly....no Tissues in Room.... Breakfast Excellent Check In Very Quick....Although there was only one staff on at the time.

Sono stato al Novo hotel 2 notti mi sono trovato bene, come camera e come servizio bar/ristorante. Hotel molto sicuro con guardie all’entrata. Staff e direzione molto servizievoli e sempre disponibili .

Sono stato svariate volte presso questa struttura, hotel ben curato con tutti i confort e servizi, personale sempre disponibile e col sorriso, camere pulite e ben arredate, il ristorante offre un servizio a buffet e dunque si ha molta scelta su cosa mangiare qualità del cibo buona. Consiglio di andarci.

Goede ontvangst aan de receptie, mooie kamers en vriendelijke bediening met goed eten, de beveiliging staat hoog in het vaandel Het nieuwe zwembad en gym maakt het verblijf compleet. Verblijf altijd in het Novotel tijdens mijn frequente bezoeken aan Port Harourt
