Chambre dans un état pitoyable!!! Les photos parlent d'elles mêmes... je suis déjà passée dans plusieurs ibis budget où tout était très bien, mais celui de Caudan est à fuir, propreté plus que douteuse, vous n'avez pas honte de louer une telle chambre!!!! La jeune fille à l'accueil était sympathique.

Bonjour, nous sommes conscients que d’un client à un autre les appréciations sont différentes, c’est pourquoi nous sommes navrés que votre expérience n’ai pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous avons eu de nombreux retours de nos clients et parler d’un état “pitoyable ”est très poussé comme appréciation, car au-delà de proposer des prestations aux clients nous avons à cœur de rester humains. Certes, le bâtiment est ancien mais il fait l’objet d’un entretien régulier et d’un aménagement constant. Nous prenons en compte votre retour qui aura pour but de nous surpasser afin de conquérir le cœur de tous nos clients. L’accueil est un de nos points forts et nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’accueil qui vous a été réservé lors de votre arrivée dans notre établissement. Par ailleurs, l’ensemble des désagréments survenus lors de votre séjour peuvent également être gérés par nos réceptionnistes. Spacious and clean rooms with good soundproofing. Very basic but does the job for few nights! Very good for its price. Very fast internet also. Free parking on site. The only bad thing was that it was too hot and the rooms had no air-conditioning.

Dit hotel is super schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, niet meer maar ook niet minder. Zit op een drukke plek maar weinig last van. In de omgeving niets te doen, industrie achting. Wel lekker restaurant Buffalo Grill, ook hotel heeft restaurant En een klein maar warm zwembad tm. September

What really set this apart from the other budget places in similar areas was the friendly staff. Wouldn't have been out of place at a 4* place really - even with our very basic French the receptionist was more than willing to help and went out of her way to ensure we understood. The rooms aren't fancy but are clean and well kept. The bathroom was small but had all the basics you could need. Towels are provided but bring your own toiletries. Excellent value for the price. Could have done with more pillows as they're really quite thin. Short drive into Lorient itself is pretty convenient. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel to take in the Lorient Festival Interceltique. The desk staff was VERY helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable about all the available transportation to the festival. They were very friendly and were never too busy to answer our questions. If I was to go back for the festival, I would stay in Lorient, but this hotel had a nice family room.
