Sou cliente Accor e já fiquei em Ibis por todo o Brasil e Europa. O Ibis São Carlos está no mesmo padrão europeu. Excelente infraestrutura, ótimo café da manhã, ótima cama e banho. Perfeito! *Funcionários simpáticos, principalmente a Mayara, que me atendeu super rapidamente. Em frente ao shopping Iguatemi!

Hotel muito confortável e silencioso. Estive com minha família no Natal e gostamos muito além da limpeza tbm ser muito boa as instalações do prédio são ótimas também. Com certeza voltaremos em breve.

Ruim, o colchão é uma sobra de algum colchão, o Hotel não fornece toalha de rosto, não tem copo na geladeira, a tv desliga automaticamente em 10 m/inutos e nenhum funcionário sabe regular, somente na semana seguinte alguem iria verificar.

You can enjoy a good stay at Íbis São Carlos, but you must take care with an employee, from the reception desk that Works on the night shift. She (the employeee from reception desk) was completely sttuppid against me , and I did nothing against her,

Typical Ibis hotel: same room same service. As Gold Accor member I won a bottle of water. There is a room for ironing shirts and a good breakfast room. by mistake they charged twice the breakfast, but they reimbursed me directly in the credit card. Perfect for business visit
