Worst hotel I have stayed at by far. Could hardly wash my hair in the shower due to the water only drizzling out and no pressure. The bathrooms are TINY. Parking is absolutely ridiculous. I was on a trip for work, parking paid for with the room, only to be told that the carpark was full and I would have to park down the street (1km away) and pay for parking myself down there. Then when the parking was open, the card they gave me wouldn’t insert into the machine. Will never stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

Great location for Olympic Park but we wont stay again.

We stayed for two nights to see a music artist at Olympic Park, the location was so close and easy to travel from. Unfortunately the downfalls outweighed the benefits, rust and mould in the bathroom, very small room, no toiletries available, not very sound proof. The price was ridiculous for such poor conditions. We did get an early check-in and customer service was very warm. We wont stay again.

We came for the NRL Grandfinal. Angelique at reception was amazing and was very attentive with our needs. In the end, only because our team lost and we were too upset to sleep, we decided to cancel our stay (understanding it was non refundable) and drove 6 hours home to process our grief :) However, we did arrive around 8am and left our luggage with Angelique, we enjoyed the full buffet breakfast and decided to shop for the morning before we left for the day at the Grand final. All staff we encountered was amazing, professional and nothing was to much to ask, however I can not stress, once again kudos to Angelique for being amazing and making us feel welcomed. Location, Location, Location was absolutely amazing and easy accessible to Accor Stadium and although Ibis and Novotel don't have onsight Gym it was comforting to know we had access to Pullman's Gym. We'll book again intime for the 2024 NRL Grand final and hopefully this time round we stay and enjoy the whole experience. Regards Sonia Welch

Great location Parking wasn’t the best people not even staying there could access the park so made it harder to get a park Buffet was a one price only so wasn’t good for people who don’t eat much. Couldn’t just get a small meal unless u wanted to pay the $38

Dear petie241, thank you for staying with us and posting your review. We do have limited parking and on busy days we close it o the general public to protect spaces for our in-house guests. I am sorry if there was an issue during your stay I will review this with the Manager. With the restaurant we do have a la carte, I am disappointed to hear the F&B Manager did not assist you here and provide this option. Thank you again for staying and providing your feedback.

Very friendly hotel. Staff were brilliant and always helpful. Slight delay on meals a few time but in their defence hotel was packed! Rooms clean and tidy. Serviced everyday with fresh towels 😃😃😃😄
