My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a thoughtful handwritten note. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, reflecting a high standard of care. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, readily assisting with luggage and even arranging transportation to the airport for me. The room itself was not only impeccably clean but also boasted comfort and a charming balcony, offering a delightful retreat. Without hesitation, I would choose to stay here again, especially given its convenience for travellers passing through Sydney. Highly recommended for a seamless and enjoyable experience.

You can't ask for a better place to stay then this place. Staff are very helpful and generous, rooms were very well maintained and clean. Bathroom and their amenities are perfect. Nice food and drinks. All over experience was great. Cheers.

It was disappointing to see children/teenagers being treated unfairly over Easter by not being allowed to use a warm pool and instead the warm indoor pool was left unoccupied whilst guests who weren't 18 had to swim in a cold pool where even the outdoor spa wasn't heated. Alternatively they could sit in their rooms feeling disappointed as in the past they always had access to the indoor pool. Age doesn't determine responsibility. Management were only interested in making excuses. Parents also didn't enjoy the indoor pool as they needed to supervise their children around the outdoor pool. No winners!

Our stay at this hotel was mediocre. We are rating this place 3 stars. The buffet food was great and the place was stunning. Those are the main things that gave the 3 stars. The pool was a big let down for our family though. Although it t was beautiful, it wasn’t heated at all. The pool that was heated was an indoor pool , which was reserved for adults. My kids weren’t able to enjoy a nice, warm swim because the water was freezing. Do you want your guests to freeze it to death? I don’t think so. So, to anyone who is planning to bring their kids here, please don’t or they are going to freeze to death because of the stupid policy that only allows adults into the heated pool. Do better Novotel. We wouldn’t stay here again until if it weren’t for the cold pool. Thanks for reading.

Indigne du groupe ACCOR. Même pas un ibis. Vous réservez une chambre pour 8 heures et vous payez pour cela à notre arrivée 13 heures la chambre n'est pas prête. Nous insistons mais voilà que la catégorie supérieure spa n'est pas disponible. On nous propose un upgrade sans spa, nous finissons dans une chambre spa standard non rénovée. Le temps c'est arrêté en 1976, les commandes de la climatisation dont d'un autre siècle, mobilier en triste état. Le balcon vue mer est d'une saleté sans nom et il faut exiger que quelqu'un vienne le nettoyer en expliquant qu'il y a 200 chambres. La vue mer donne sur le chantier de la piscine et il faut souffrir le bruit du chantier. Évidemment piscine et jacuzzi sont inaccessibles, sans avoir averti le client auparavant. Tâches suspectes aux murs plafonds et sol. Je passerai sous silence les toilettes tellement petite qu'il faut les utiliser la porte ouverte, ou les moisissures dans les joints ou le bouchon du spa. Membre du programme de fidélité nous avons la chance d'avoir un verre d'accueil, mais le bar est fermé, le room service n'est pas joignable au téléphone. Et pour finir on vous amene deux coupes recouverte de film plastique qui ne seront pas retiré par le personnel.Bref payer ce prix pour cela est purement scandaleux.
