Room is lovely and the meeting rooms are spacious and well lit. One even had 2 large swings that you could use. The shower is excellent and the hotel is very quiet considering how large it is. The location is great and you have elevator access to the train station and shops below.

Very kind staff, and really comfortable room. No complaints. Awesome location. My only comment would be the minibar, I had not touched the fridge, and the front desk staff mentioned that I had removed a beverage. I hate those censored refrigerators, as they are not accurate and it takes away the ability for the guests to use the fridge

I advised the concierge that my toilet was making intermittent gurgling noises and asked if it could be fixed. I noticed someone had been in the bathroom before I went out again (6:00pm) and thought it was fixed. I came back after the hockey game to find my bathroom and outside the bathroom flooded from a toilet back up. (Not pleasant at all). I was given a new room (upgraded which I appreciated)
