The breakfast was good, the room was big and clean and the location was fabulous! I would have loved to see face cloths and tissues in the room and a working elevator to help those with mobility issues, but if you're looking for a reasonably priced, clean hotel in a great area with super friendly staff, this is a great choice.

The hotel is well located, close to many of the most important attractions of the city as well as close to public transportation. The breakfast was simple but good, we liked the fact that they used local products and they had a fresh orange juice. Staff was nice, however not all of them spoke well English. The elevator was not working but we were informed about it in advance. We were lucky we were on the second floor. What disapointed us most was the fact that they didn't clean the rooms unless you aked for it. There was also a point on the stairs getting to the front desk that smelled really bad. There was no hairdryer in the room, we had to ask for it.

A wonderful team woeking together from the reception agents ,cleaning assistants to the breakfast waitress.Very polite and helpful .They contributed to my nice experience with Ibis sryles hotel un Marseille. I would recommend a bit of renovatuon concerning the windows on the 3rd floor though .I asked for a change of room from the 3rd floor (304) to another floor where more light was available .I was moved to 204 and was really happy .Your agent Arielle was really helpful in this matter and I am grateful to her. Will certainly choose that hotel upon availability if I have to visit Marseille again . Best regards to your team .
