We were looking for one room for four person and although, the room assigned to us was small, beds were comfortable, and clean ( ok for dustmit allergy person), for two night sleep and leaving early in the moring it suit us ok. Location was great also, walking distance from central station (15min by walking) and the metro (5 min by walking, Lima). We did not ask room service (had sign on door not to disturbed since there is a lot of luggages) but room was cleaned and it was good job they did. Neighorhood has several excellent restaurants, bakery, and gorcery shops also. It was plesent to walk about. Feeling safe to go out even late night. Bad points, breakfast was not include with this rate so we got so we paied 50.5 (15 per adult and 5.5 for child) . I had to say it was good BF but a bit costly. We asked to have texi service in 4:30 am, first texi fee we were informed was 60 euro, than since we have a lot of luggages, 75 euro, than 66 euro, than when I finally confirmed with anthor front desk it went down to 70😳 if I paid cash but wiht credit card will charge 10% more so I will be charged 77😑. I am not sure this is legal but I just got cash out from ATM to avoid this 10% extra fee. Shower door was not close properly, after shower all bathroom floor was wet completly without fail. Please fix this soon as possible, its very annoying. And may I suggest to put mosquito net in window. Love the out door fresh air, but we end up bit by mosquito a lot. Our room was #339, stayed 4/4/24-4/6/24. Front desk blond hair lady was very friendly, and nice but darker hair lady was NOT, talking, looking were not of professional who enaged in service. I do see this kind of behavior from German goverment building waiting window if you are not lucky that day, if you know what I mean....i have been traveling a bit and I have to say I don't come across with this kind of snooty attitude much. But I know I do come by this kind attitude. Seriously, I am not sure why they should be in service profession field. Maybe it was just me, and this is totally subjective opinion. She is the person informed me texi fee of 75 when I was informed 60 than later 10% charge of credit card use. I will definitly will stay again since hotel room (bed) is clean and location is really good, espiecally someone like me who look about and walk about.

I moved from a Hilton to Ibis because I wanted to stay closer to the Milano Centrale. Firstly I was greeted with such a suspicious and contemptuous air. She literally took my payment card from me to confirm that it was my name on the card and boasted that if it wasn't, she would have refused me the stay. Staying in various hotels across the world and understanding the need for hotels to be careful, this was this most rude and degrading experience I have ever had. If it was the last hotel in Milan, I wouldn't go back there.

Hotel is in a great location. Anna and Katy on reception were exceptionally helpful. Our EU plug adapters wouldn’t work and they were kind enough to lend us one. I did find the room a little small, only one small bin and NO kettle (which is always important to us Brits!). But extremely clean and tidy . Added extra of an opening window and a lovely outside terrace
