Brilliant hotel. Perfectly situated in Munich with easy access to the old town, shops and public transport. Super helpful staff, clean rooms and a great breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. All details had been thought of at breakfast with lots of choice.

One minute walk to Marienplatz. All shops minutes away. Easy walk to trains. Amazing breakfast. Not a real lobby to speak of, but double room was perfect. Great water pressure. Free drinks in minibar! Restaurants, tea shop, dessert shop, drug-store all within one block.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was great, and everything was really good, except that we couldn't connect the computer to the Wi-Fi (we connected immediately on the phone) and the receptionist's response was: "I know, it happens to a lot of guests" and didn't offer any solutions. I travel all over the world with a laptop and this has never happened to me.
