Good, I like the hotel, room, bathroom, breakfast was very good. Quite far from the landmarks in Rome.

We stayed three nights at the Mercure Roma Corso Trieste hotel in Rome, Italy, and our experience was very positive. First of all, our flight to Rome landed at the airport in the morning. Check-in time at the hotel was 2 pm, but the staff was gracious and allowed us into our room earlier, and we were able to take a nap and compensate somewhat for the jet lag. We were very grateful for the kindness of the staff during the whole time we were there. Our room was clean and quiet, and we slept very well. We enjoyed breakfast there as well as supper, and the food was amazing. The breakfast had many options to choose from, and every item I tried was very tasty. I was pleased with the varied selections of milk. I am allergic to dairy, and was glad I could have oat milk with my muesli. They had soy milk, rice milk, and other options as well. I don't see all those options in the hotels I stay at in the U.S. Usually, I am lucky to find any milk alternative. The hotel is not located near the typical tourist sites in Rome; it is in more of a neighborhood setting. You will need transportation to go to downtown Rome. But I went to a grocery store not far away from the hotel, and there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance. It was a very positive experience staying at the Mercure Roma Corso Trieste, and I would recommend it to others travelling in Rome.

Dear Guest, we are immensely grateful for his words, the satisfaction of our guests is the greatest reward for us. We thank you for giving us the opportunity to take care of your experience in Rome. we hope that in the future you will be able to choose us again, I will share with the whole team what you expressed, I am sure that it will be a valid push to motivate us to give more and more. Sincerely

It was a good stay

Hello, the Mercure Roma Corso Trieste is a nice hotel, but some things can be improved. For us the beds were a little bit to hard. The breakfast room was always too full (to cold to sit outside) and the room service was clean, but they miss to do the full job (refill paper, did not remove used glasses and put needed documents into the trash.

Dear Klaus J., We thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we are sorry that we were not completely up to your expectations, we will work immediately to ensure that satisfaction can always be maximum in the future. We hope to welcome you again and demonstrate the commitment and dedication that our team constantly puts into its work, Best Regards Lucia SILVANO FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

Hotel's location is in a residential part of the city, the streets are pretty chaotic and difficult to walk by (also true for Rome in general). The lobby is very small, no place to rest really in there, not very welcoming neither. The bar and restaurant are fine, not so many tables but it'll do if the hotel is not full. The basic room is very basic (still it's 4*), the main issue is that it's very noisy. The sound and voices outdoor are clearly audible, you'll also enjoy your neighbors honey moon activities and the nice buzz from some power supply. The bed is very very firm, it's advisable to have separate ones if you actually want to sleep. The room is clean without any bugs which is very welcome.

Dear Nicolas B., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mercure Roma Corso Trieste. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Sincerely, Lucia SILVANO FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR
