Gentle reminder on house keeping. Have a message for changing towels in the room. But house keeping didnt do it.

We chose the hotel for a 5-night stay to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary and were delighted with our experience. The restaurant staff were particularly impressive and we would single out both GianCarlo and Giordana for their exemplary service and guest interactions. Only negative was the sliding doors on the wardrobe in the room which were unwieldy and felt insecure. Room was great in all other aspects though.

The Hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. A short walk down into the main shopping area and attractions. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff couldn’t do enough, and the food in the roof top restaurant was exceptional. Breakfast was welled stocked and had a great choice.
