The hotel was basic, but clean and comfortable. I felt there could have been more variety at breakfast. The scrambled egg was very nice, but I didn’t really want it every day. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Well located, just entrance is kind of hidden, not easy to find for a foreign

It was not easy to find the entrance at almost midnight and there is no lobby due to renovations. Besides that the attention was good, room is ok for the night and complimentary breakfast was ok. Need to think about charging the customers for water, at least should be 1 bottle free of charge as most hotels around the world.

Small room, but cozy. Poor service. Employees need better training in customer relationship management.

Very important instructions were omitted in advance or during my stay. First, I always use my corporate rate while booking, however, the hotel offered a convenient 'breakfast included' rate, which I tried to take advantage from. While checking in, I was told breakfast was no longer buffet, but also served till 9 AM on a Sunday. Although I complained, the hotel was going through renovations and said it was the only type of room offered (omitting my corporate discount) and that they couldn't serve even coffee after 9. Second, I arrived late to the building and the parking lot was closed. I stayed in my car for a several amount of minutes but no one seemed to hear my horn. I decided to open the gate myself (it was raining a lot, and I was using a suit). Not only I soaked myself, after parking a security guard came in without even saying hello claiming that I couldn't open the gate myself since alarms/alerts were triggered everywhere. He didn't even care about my feedback and kept complaining I was wrong. Apart from that, convenient location, small, but cozy room. Also, expect noises during the day as it is going through renovations.
