Bed rolling around lead to pillows falling off, lead to terrible nights sleep. Bathroom with step and then step into shower poor design.

The fridge in room 208 was not very cold but the staff provided ice buckets which was very helpful.

Great location and recently refurbished but a bit noisy

Been here before on a business trip while refurbishment was happening. Nicely cleaned and we'll presented small hotel with grey rooms. Only downside the fan In the bathroom was constantly running and no switch to turn it off. Nice little pool with bar and restaurant next to it. Walking distance to the Esplanade, reef terminal and lagoon.

No room service, no luggage carry trolly or person. No comfort. No toiletries.

We do understand your concern at this point, but unfortunatly we supply limited aminities due to the nature of our hotel. We do not provide porterage service. But we surely provide room service. We are not very sure on this comment as it is not specific. But again, we do provide room service facility from the restaurant as well as the housekeeping. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Hi the room was quite dark and very dusty around the airconditioner. Shower recess was quite small and I think a larger person would have great difficulty getting in and out. It was an acceptable stay, served its purpose, staff were friendly and helpful but I probably would not return,
