Room was not soundproofed as claimed in description. There was connecting door to next room and could hear everything that was said next door including in early hours of morning. Had booked room which should have had sofa bed but there wasn’t a sofa. There were also silverfish in the room. Staff were lovely and downstairs and pool all good.

We had a comfortable room and a lovely meal in the customs shed. Stayed for 3 nights. Parking was easy and the location was quiet but only a short walk to the city centre. The room could do with more lighting and a mirror by the hairdryer. The gym was good, the pool was very busy.

I checked in on 3 April and found that the toilet cistern is quite slow in replenishing the water(take 15-20 minutes) I report it to the lady at reception that evening, she told us that the whole hotel rooms have this problem not just mine, also no technician is available at that late hour. 2 days later when we returned to the room and found that the cistern was just dripping and takes hours to replenish. The next morning I approached the reception, and the lady there agreed to have someone to look into the problem. When I returned that night nothing had done, since then not enough flushing water even for wee wee. We have to either use the litter bucket to fetch water to flush or use the toilet on the ground floor. I try to scan the QR code and use the chat and write to the manager, all with no response. So my holiday ended up paying to get a toilet cleaning job. That is all my experience in this hotel.
