The staffs went beyond to help me as I was lost on the way to walking to the hotel and one of the staffs came all the way to take me to the hotel. He mention some time it’s happen to foreigners and they try the level best to help them. The check in was smooth and they were chatty during the checkin and offered me a coffee while they check in. During the evening I came for dinner as I don’t know the places didn’t want to go out but the staffs were on duty looked after well. Special thanks to Romes and Jez for exceptional help during my stay. Will come back again for the next event.

Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Good location and pet friendly. Removed one point as had a double room/bed but only 3 pillows between the two of us!!

The hotel was clean and friendly. My room was cleaned daily and fresh towels put in. We didn't think the breakfast was good we only had it once as the food was cold

Prime location. Slight issue with accessibility; too many doors in the corridor to get to room. Outdated sink facility; have to manually turn the knob for tap. Great space in room with comfy bed with overall good breakfast.
