Room was tiny, looking straight out onto a brick wall 6ft away. Wasn't the cleanest. Have slept on softer floors. Pillows were rock hard as well. Blood stain on my daughters bed sheet, which we only spotted in the morning. Called reception twice for an iron, no answer.

Cheap stay uncomfortable bed parking is mad

We have stayed here before for one night but chose to stay for 3 this time the bed was awful and hard and we had trouble tossing and turning in the night to get comfortable. The hotel also has no parking yet has a discount code for the q park next door bit you can only use this on pre bookings. You only get this code once you've parked and got to your room therefore it can't actually be used. Crazy. The reception staff were also uninterested or not there a lot of the time running between working on the bar and reception.
