We find all your staff amazing. They are professional, caring, considerate and knowledgeable. We love staying at the Sebel we feel it's our home away from home. The rooms are fantastic, we love how big they are and their decor is fabulous.

We did not have the best checkin. We rang a few days before arrival to say we would be arriving around midnight after flying in from Hawaii via Sydney. I explained my wife had torn ligaments in her ankle and we were travelling with a child. I was assured someone would help us with the luggage - I just had to ring the night bell at the front door. We rang on the way from the airport to say we were nearly there. On arrival, I rang the bell, a man came to the door and told us to take all our luggage into the driveway and there he opened the door and went back to his desk - offering no help at all! I struggled with all the luggage, my injured wife and child. Not a great start .
