housekeeping 9/10 Ilham reception 9/10 as always eager to give info, extend late check out , accept my "excuse" not to be able to pay first day in view of fact I had to extend in my credit card profile Africa as continent where credit card I was able to use it. 2 man reception - do not meet my generral standards a) the one I met mostly in the afternoon 3/10 as mostly lazy and not interested to helpeg where to find bus stop ctm to go to agadir etc... b) the second one 6/10 although one customer took long time at reception , 2 staff at the reception as I was forced to update my room key in view of my late check out. I had to wait more than 5 min and then suddenly both jumped on my case which took 15 seconds<; pffff location is good near railway station

No aircon in first assigned room, second room not much better but ok because room away from (open window during night). No advance information during booking that swimming pool is under repair. Asked for additional pillow at reception, never got them. Hotel requires overall better maintenance, elevator is still working but might break down anytime. Breakfast has good quality and good choices

Our visit in december 23 was no good. Crampy room, at streetside.Breakfast staff was late and not interested until later. Elevator seems to fall apart. We choose this because it is near the busstation for our trip. We returned in jan. 24. Room at poolside. Bigger and quiet. Breakfast was very good. We will be back. Convenient location.

Good location, but old, dilapidated and dirty.

Unfriendly welcome. Lift only worked occasionally and you cannot call the lift from the first floor. The floor of my room was dirty, with marks and hairs from previous guests. Walls damaged. Someone has scratched their name into the TV screen.
