Air conditioner has got something wrong and it was extremely hot and seems it couldn't be fixed. Complained it however, I was asked to keep the window open to cool it down by hotel manager. It's very disappointing and You need to revisit the way how you communicate with the customer in dealing with the complaint. I got a new room changed though

This is not my first stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located and is good value for money. Personnel is friendly, they're flexible with my early arrival.

Nice well furnished hotel in Gangnam area. Excellent transport with airport limobus serviceto the door step and Seoul metro station nearby. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.
