A good location for a hotel and handy to have a car park next door. Friendly staff on arrival. Rooms are old and not up to standard. The AC hardly worked and the room was very noisy at night. I would not stay again.

a disturbing experience

Despite good location in Brugge, I was quite surprised by few incovenients elements in the room : -cleaning was partially done in the room : pubic hairs in several places in bathroom, floor besides the bed not clean ; -very loudy room : could almost heard neigboor room conversations ; - room design & decoration very old fashionned for an Ibis ; -car park is mentioned in hostel description, but it was not the case. Only private & independent parking was close to the hotel. breakfast was good, and staff welcoming.

Centrally located, the reception is friendly and welcoming as well as helpful. The bar and breakfast rooms are easily accessible. Though there was a glitch with the soft-boiled eggs cooker, the breakfast was satisfactory especially if one uses the fresh squeezed orange machine (pedal is on the floor). The bar can get very noisy when groups invade it.

Bonuses Ideally and Centrally located close to the City sights with a secure car park next door. Negatives Building site (Novotel) directly opposite was a distraction and tiny and very tired looking room with no facilities, safe, kettle etc mark it down.
