Service may be a little below the standards that i am used to wiht other Sofitel hotel i have stayed at. couple example: - the house keeping service would not take the laundry even though i filled up the form and left the laundry bags in evidence on the bed or - the day i had to leave early (6 am) i asked for room service for something to eat, and was explained that it was not available coz the buttler was moving cars (?) but overall the staff is nice and trying.... very likely that i will renew our corporate deal with my firm

I arrived for a 4 day stay. My luggage never arrived on my flight. The concierges were amazing in finally getting it back for me after 4 longs days. Checkin staff amazing as I had to extend my stay by 2 days. Charlotte and her team for breakfast were fabulous. Derek in the bar downstairs also fantastic. Housekeeping also amazing. All in all a wonderful experience.
